This rug is so beautiful...it had a problem from being rolled during shipment...it had buckles/rolls that wouldn't flatten out. I was going to send back to have exchanged but I decided to just have a carpet company come in and steam out the wrinkles. The seller was willing to exchange for me, but I decided not to bother. It all worked out and the rug is GORGEOUS!!! Fantastic seller!!!
