Every order ships free within the United States — the price on the page is the price you pay, with no handling fees added at checkout.

Orders for in-stock pieces leave our USA warehouse the next business day with UPS or FedEx — each one checked by hand before it’s boxed.

Always. The moment your order leaves the warehouse we email you its tracking number, so you know where it is until it reaches your door.

Need it sooner? Express delivery can be arranged — the courier’s expedited fee is billed at cost to the customer. Write to us before you order and we’ll set it up.

You have 30 days from purchase to return or exchange — and the return is free: we cover the return shipping. As long as the piece is unused and still in its original packaging, the full amount goes back to the payment method you used. The complete terms are on the Returns & Exchange page.

That shouldn’t happen — and we’ll fix it. Send a photo and your order number soon after delivery, and we’ll ship a replacement or refund you in full.

Almost the entire catalogue is knotted, tufted or woven by hand by master weavers. A small machine-woven range exists as well — the construction is stated on every product page, so you always know what you’re buying.

A brand-new wool pile releases a little loose fibre at first — nothing is wrong with your rug. Regular gentle vacuuming brings it down to almost nothing over the first weeks.

Every listing is shot true to life, yet no two screens render colour alike, and hand-dyed yarn shifts slightly from batch to batch. If a shade matters to your room, ask us before you buy — we’ll tell you exactly what we see.

Each product page reads the selected size back to you in room terms — bedside, under the coffee table, edge to edge in the living room. The See in Your Room button on the product photos projects the rug into your own space through your camera, and the Room Studio builds the rest of the room around it.

Little is needed: a soft vacuum without the beater bar, a half-turn twice a year so light and footsteps land evenly, a pad underneath, and quick blotting with a dry cloth when something spills. Wool forgives the rest.
