How much does shipping cost?
Nothing. Every order ships free within the United States — the price on the page is the price you pay, with no delivery or handling fees added at checkout.
Can I return it if it doesn’t work in my room?
Yes — returns are free for 30 days. If the piece is unused and in its original packaging, send it back within 30 days of purchase and we cover the return shipping. The full amount goes back to your original payment method.
How quickly will my order ship?
In-stock pieces leave our USA warehouse the next business day with UPS or FedEx, each one checked by hand before it’s boxed. Tracking is emailed the moment it ships.
What if it arrives damaged?
Send a photo and your order number to info@bbhhomes.com soon after delivery and we’ll ship a replacement or refund you in full — at no cost to you.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Email your order number to info@bbhhomes.com within 30 days and we’ll walk you through it — the return shipping is on us.
Are your rugs handmade?
Almost the entire catalogue is knotted, tufted or woven by hand; a small machine-woven range exists as well. The construction is stated on every product page, so you always know what you’re buying.
